Use one exact job description and run four separate passes. Keeping diagnosis, scoring, rewriting, and interview practice separate makes it easier to catch invented skills or inflated claims.

Before you start

Bring your current resume, the complete job description, and a private fact bank with true projects, dates, metrics, tools, and outcomes. Remove personal details you do not want to upload.

Terms to know

• Requirement: a qualification or responsibility stated in the job post.
• Evidence: a true example, metric, artifact, or result that supports a claim.
• XYZ bullet: “Accomplished X, measured by Y, by doing Z.”

Step-by-step

1. Run the Diagnoser to map requirements, vague bullets, gaps, and claims needing proof.
2. Run the Recruiter to score only against the supplied job description and explain lost points.
3. Run the Rewriter using only facts from your resume and fact bank.
4. Run the Hiring Manager to create questions from remaining gaps.
5. Review every date, title, metric, tool, and claim yourself.

PASS 1: DIAGNOSER
Compare my resume and the job description line by line. List matched requirements,
missing requirements, vague bullets, and claims that need proof. Do not infer experience.

PASS 2: RECRUITER
Score the resume only against this job description. Show the rule for every point
earned or lost. Do not use a generic ATS score.

PASS 3: REWRITER
Rewrite each supported bullet with: Accomplished X, measured by Y, by doing Z.
Use only my resume and fact bank. Put [NEEDS FACT] wherever evidence is missing.

PASS 4: HIRING MANAGER
Write ten interview questions based only on the remaining gaps between the resume
and role. After each answer, flag any unsupported statement.

Things to know

Never add a skill, metric, title, date, degree, certification, or result because it sounds plausible. A clear gap is safer than a false claim.

If something goes wrong

If the model invents facts, remove the rewrite and rerun from the fact bank with the missing-data marker. If the score seems arbitrary, require a row for every stated job requirement.

Final check

You pass when every resume claim maps to a true fact and every important job requirement is either supported or clearly left as a gap.
